Ah, tradition. Haul your kids into the elements to trek through ankle deep mud and compost to pick an orange gourde that may ultimately end up in the street as pumpkin slime.
It's both exciting and sad when your son is old enough to start mowing the lawn-- he's no longer a little boy.

Dang I look(ed) good!
This is a painting of me at the beach soon after we were married (notice the flat tummy and trim legs). Rich found the picture and painted it for his show this weekend. I might have to ask my dad to buy it for me.
